From the 1960 here's an amazing silk chiffon white evening gown.  It is designed as a long sleeved full length sheath gown with a matching attached cape.  The cape is trimmed in ostrich feathers around the shoulder line and at the hemline.    The chiffon has silver sparkles running down the length of the dress and cape.  It is fully lined in white acetate and the dress is comprised of two layers of silk chiffon, the under layer does not have the silver sparkles.  The cape is simply made of the silver sparkled chiffon.

There is no label as this dress was seamstress made.

Condition is very good.  The feathers are a bit flyaway which is typical.  There are some sparkles missing on the upper sleeve at the underarm area.  The right sleeve needs some stitching along the seam line. There is some grayness to the feathers as the dress was stored away since the 60s.

Definitely a dress to make an entrance in.
